Online OUPV Course

Total Price $1200.00 (enroll for $200) Balance due at course start. 

Like the in-person class, this one is in the comfort of your own space. Classes Meet for 9 Weeks on two evenings for 3 Hours. Course requirements are good internet, a Zoom-capable computer, a microphone, and a camera. Class recordings will be made available for review.

Coast Guard Testing will be conducted in person at a convenient location.

Operator of Uninspected Passenger Vessel (OUPV)
The Operator of Uninspected Passenger Vessels (OUPV) class is 56 hours of classroom instruction. The course is divided into four sections: Navigation General, Chart Plotting, Rules of the Road, and Deck General. All materials and testing are included in the cost. Testing will be done in the classroom. You will not have to take any tests with the Coast Guard.

• We will conduct an Online OUPV Courses on the following dates:
  October 13, 2025 to December 11, 2025 – Monday / Thursday | 5:30PM to 8:30PM
  February 2, 2026 to April 8, 2026 – Monday / Wednesday | 5:30PM to 8:30PM
  May 4, 2025 to July 16, 2025 – Monday / Wednesday | 5:30PM to 8:30PM

$200 Deposit to enroll and balance due at the start of the course.
